I haven’t sleep well in years… until I started with Lavender pure essential oil at night on the heels of my feet, and it was great. Then I discovered Cerderwood Essential oil and let me tell you… I haven’t slept so well in my life! About 30 min before bed, I placed a drop of Cederwood Essential oil in my hand and supply it at the base of my neck (brainstem). Next I apply the oil on my forehead between my eyebrows and then on my temples, finally, I rub my hands together and inhale.
My husband had bumps appearing on his arm that resembled warts. So, with a friend’s advice he began to spread a few drops of Tea Tree oil, on his arm daily. The bumps began to disappear after only days of the oil application. Its now a few weeks later and they are finally gone! Essential oils have become very useful in my family, when my back aches, sometimes my husband gives me an oil back massage and I get immediate relief with just a few drops. We use Peppermint to reduce the pain for my backaches and his headaches. Also, when I feel a sore throat coming on, I apply a drop of Lemon oil, on the neck area to relief it.
I had terrible allergies every spring. I used to have prescription eye drops for the itching, nose spray and Singulair or Zyrtec. I could not work in my yard or even walk the short distance to my mailbox without sneezing fits. I started using pure essential oils a little over 3 years ago. I used a few drops of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint oils for relief and was able to get off the medications. I was happy with this.
